Saimaa Wild Crew is a new company operating on Lake Saimaa, specializing in tourism, excursions, and adventure services.
We’re building our operations around Puumala, Viljakansaari, and the stunning
waterways of Saimaa together with our partners.
Our operations will launch during summer 2026, and the first bookings are now open.
Starting in early June, we’ll be operating:
- cruises on the Polaris 1 adventure vessel
- fishing trips
- SUP excursions
- paddling trips
- mountain biking trips
- sauna and evening experiences
- corporate and group days
- customized Saimaa packages
Saimaa Wild Crew’s rental shop already has products available for summer trips and water
activities. Rental services and offerings will expand gradually throughout the summer and fall.
Unelmariutta Base Camp will get its first real test during the last
weekend of May, when the first guest group arrives to spend the weekend immersed in Saimaa’s
nature. A couple of weeks later, Base Camp will serve as the hub for an adventure cruise,
so summer kicks off at full speed.
Summer 2026 is our starting point. We’re building our operations step by step,
developing new products and opening additional services throughout the season.
We’ll celebrate our official opening on January 9, 2027, at Unelmariutta Base Camp.
