Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the person’s consent and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Consent for data processing is requested from the data subject.
The purpose of processing personal data is communication with customers, maintaining customer relationships and marketing.
The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Content of the Register
The data stored in the register includes: contact details, name, company, website addresses, IP address of the network connection, information about ordered services and other information affecting the customer relationship.
The IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the operation of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, for example to ensure data security and to collect statistical information about website visitors in cases where they can be considered personal data. Consent for third-party cookies is requested separately when necessary.
Regular Sources of Information
The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer, for example through messages sent via website forms, by email, by phone, through social media services, from contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer provides their information.
Contact details of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.
Regular Disclosures of Data and Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.
Data may also be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA. Data will not be transferred to the United States without the explicit consent of the data subjects.
Principles of Register Protection
Care is taken in the processing of the register, and data processed through information systems is properly protected. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is appropriately ensured. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job duties require it.
Right of Access and Right to Request Correction of Data
Every person in the register has the right to check the data stored about them and to request the correction of any incorrect data or completion of incomplete data. If a person wishes to check the data stored about them or request correction, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to verify their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.
Other Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them from the register, known as the “right to be forgotten”. Likewise, data subjects have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to verify their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.
